Partnering with Local Organic Farms
We started our hotpot journey with one goal: to serve bowls of steamy, flavorful hotpot made from the freshest ingredients possible. Back in 2018, we teamed up with 3 nearby organic farms—where veggies are grown without pesticides, meats are raised free-range, and even broth herbs are harvested at peak freshness.
Today, that partnership still drives every pot we serve: crisp bok choy picked that morning, marbled beef from grass-fed herds, and broths simmered with farm-grown ginger & scallions. Every bite ties back to that promise: hotpot that tastes like home, rooted in real, fresh goodness.
